FAQs
To make a booking you must first choose the game you wish to play. Click the book now button and you will be taken to choose your players, date and time. Our Gameboxes hold a maximum of 6 players so when making your booking our system will automatically reserve multiple game boxes to accommodate your group size.
Standard tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours in advance of the booking time. You can do this yourself via the manage my booking button on your confirmation email. For cancellations of bookings less than 48 hours away, you will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation. For tickets purchased within the 48 hour period (same day) are not entitled to reschedule, refund or any compensation should you wish to cancel your booking. We cannot issue refunds for non-arrivals.
Yes, we are happy for you to move or cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival time. To do this, simply hit the 'Manage My Booking' link found in your order confirmation. Once landed, you can choose a new time or date, or cancel should you wish.
Our pricing is based on a per person and per experience basis. To find pricing information, simply select your game, click 'book now' and explore the different ticket prices and options.
If your group is below 6 you can pay for the additional members upon arrival or email our team to add on the additional players
If over the maximum per room we cannot guarantee availability for the additional guests. You can reduce players and receive a refund for the ticket up until 48 hours prior to your booking by emailing our team onhelp@immersivegamebox.com. We do not offer refunds for non arrivals.
No, you won’t be put in with another group. Bookings are private and you will only be joined in your Gamebox by those you booked to play alongside, even if there’s only 2 of you!
- 30% discount is applied to the attractions’ lead price / on-the-day price for general admission from 3pm to closing time and will not be applied in conjunction with any other discount or offer available during that time. Discount does not apply to concession, group or school rates.
- Offer valid from 24 May to 15 June 2024. Immersive Gamebox Sydney opening hours during Vivid Sydney:
- 10am to 5pm (last entry 4pm): Friday 24 May to Thursday 30 May, and Sunday 16 June.
- 10am to 9pm (last entry 8pm): Friday 31 May to Saturday 15 June
- Discount cannot be applied to other ticket types, such as combination tickets, annual passes or other experiences offered by the attraction.
