To make a booking you must first choose your location then the game you wish to play. Click the book now button and you will be taken to choose your players, date and time. Our Gameboxes hold a maximum of 6 players so when making your booking our system will automatically reserve multiple game boxes to accommodate your group size.
Standard tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours in advance of the booking time. You can do this yourself via the manage my booking button on your confirmation email. For cancellations of bookings less than 48 hours away, you will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation. For tickets purchased within the 48 hour period (same day) are not entitled to reschedule, refund or any compensation should you wish to cancel your booking. We cannot issue refunds for non-arrivals.
Yes, we are happy for you to move or cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival time. To do this, simply hit the 'Manage My Booking' link found in your order confirmation. Once landed, you can choose a new time or date, or cancel should you wish.
Our pricing is based on a per person, per experience basis and will differ per location. To find pricing information, simply select your game, click 'book now' and explore the different ticket prices and options.
Although all our venues do accept walk in bookings, due to high demand we do recommend you book in advance to secure your game experience.

We have games suitable for ages 3 and up, but not all games are suitable for young children. PAW Patrol is perfect for families with children aged 3. For families with children aged 5+ we would recommend Shaun the Sheep, Angry Birds or our Junior Bundle. All other games are suitable for ages 8+ to adult, with the exception of Squid Game which we recommend for ages 16+. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the experience. In our US venues, under 18s will need an adult to sign a waiver at the venue upon their arrival.
Our Gameboxes hold a maximum of 6 players so when making your booking, if above this number, our system will automatically reserve multiple Gameboxes to accommodate your group size. You will need to spilt your group into teams and you will all play at the same time.
If your group is below 6 you can pay for the additional members upon arrival or email our team to add on the additional players; if over the maximum per room we cannot guarantee availability for the additional guests. You can reduce players and receive a refund for the ticket up until 48 hours prior to your booking by emailing our team on [emailprotected]. We do not offer refunds for non arrivals.
No, you won’t be put in with another group. Bookings are private and you will only be joined in your Gamebox by those you booked to play alongside, even if there’s only 2 of you!

At this moment, we kindly request that no outside food be brought into our venues. We do provide catering options through external suppliers for parties, and we're happy to discuss those with you. However, we understand the importance of celebrating with a birthday cake! Most of our venues do not have separate bars, our new Shoreditch venue has a bar serving different drinks including soft drinks, co*cktails, spirits and wine. However our venues without bars have drinks are available for purchase before, during and after your Immersive Gamebox experience.

All of our UK venues offer a drinks service including soft drinks, beer, wine and pre-mixed spirts. Our US venues varies by state, with most offering soft drinks and beers and wine at select venues. Check the venue page to see if your local Gamebox offers full drinks. To make sure your drinks are served quickly and our Gameboxes are in top shape, all our drinks are served in cans or plastic. We do not currently offer food for standard bookings.

Our concession business model is designed to bring 2-5 Gameboxes to an existing venue, for example a Family Entertainment Centre, a movie theatre or a bowling venue. A franchise site is where a third party (a franchisee) opens their own Immersive Gamebox site, that is run in accordance with an agreed set of rules and procedures. We currently have opportunities for both models in major cities globally.
We are looking for operators of existing successful entertainment locations, with the resources and entrepreneurial ambition to make the IGB concession a success. You will bring: a) The space and services for connection b) Staff to be trained in operating and optimising an IGB Concession c) A detailed knowledge of your customers and their journey, so we can best position IGB for success.
We are looking for experienced operators of multi-site businesses, ideally those with experience as a Master franchisee or franchise developer for a brand in retail, hospitality or entertainment. Your experience does not necessarily need to be in location-based entertainment.
You will need to be well-funded with the financial capability to launch and grow your Immersive Gamebox franchise. The up-front capital requirement will include a Franchise Fee of £40,000 and investment in the Technical Pack (hardware required to operate an Immersive Gamebox) of approximately £300,000, per unit. Other fees related to the ongoing operations of an Immersive Gamebox include game content, booking and payment platform and marketing. Exclusivity fees may be applicable for international markets and territories.
Direct financial assistance is not available from Immersive Gamebox. However, we are able to support third-party applications (via banks and other lenders) in your territory.

If you're eager to dive into Squid Game: The Gamebox Challenge Competition, here's what you need to know. The competition welcomes participants aged 21 or over, excluding Immersive Gamebox employees, agents, or immediate family members. As a customer, you're eligible to join if you reside in the United Kingdom, Germany or the United States of America, with the exception of Colorado and states without Immersive Gamebox venues.
All owner-operated and Franchise and Concession venues in the USA, Germany and UK are included, but unfortunately, this excludes Colorado and states without Immersive Gamebox venues. Additionally, our friends in Dubai, Sharjah, are not part of this particular challenge.
The competition starts from 12:01 AM UTC on November 22nd, 2023, to 11:59 PM UTC on December 13th, 2023. Remember, only entries within this timeframe will be considered.
To enter, play a 60-minute Squid Game experience at a participating Immersive Gamebox venue (excluding Dubai, Sharjah, and the state of Colorado) during the competition period.
Once you’ve finished your Squid Game session, share your Immersive Gamebox GIF or a photo of the leaderboard on your Instagram profile feed with #GAMEBOXCHALLENGE. Instagram is the only platform for entry, and your post must be on your feed, not in stories.
Keep your profile public during the campaign and winner selection period, as we may use your content for online and print promotions. Your entry should be tied to a Squid Game booking, and the prize goes to the entrant sharing their group's score on Instagram.
If the high score is uploaded to Instagram by multiple members of the group booking the prize will move to a tie-breaker where the winner will be determined based on a computer-generated process.

It isn't a party without cake! If you wish to bring in your own cake, it will cost an additional $25.00. We require this cake to be store bought, we do not allow home made cakes in the venue.
